A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, I will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No fees will be charged to you for this reimbursement.
Special Notes on the Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
1. Services
(e.g. live animal communication, coaching, energy work)
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- the service has been fully performed and
- you have expressly requested that I begin performing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
- you have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
2. Digital Content
(e.g. online courses, recordings, downloadable materials)
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- the contract concerns the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and
- you have expressly agreed that I begin performing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
- you have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
3. Compensation for Services Already Performed (Value Compensation)
If you have requested that the service shall begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you informed me of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, relative to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
