If you’ve been feeling more tired, tense or emotionally sensitive lately, you’re not alone.
Many people are experiencing a noticeable increase in energetic intensity.
Part of this is the season — the darkness and heaviness of November.
But a deeper layer is at play as well.
The sun is currently very active.
Solar storms are interacting with the Earth’s magnetic field, which becomes less stable during these phases.
Because our cells and nervous system communicate electrically, our bodies naturally respond to these fluctuations with:
- restlessness
- tension in the body
- emotional waves
- fatigue or poor sleep
- feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated
Nothing is wrong with you.
Your system is simply trying to regulate.
And this is why nature supports us so profoundly right now.
When we step outside, the natural world helps us release excess energetic charge and find our center again.
The ground, the moisture, the trees, the wind — they absorb, balance and harmonize what we carry.
Even a few conscious breaths outdoors can bring relief.
You might also notice that animals show up at meaningful moments:
a bird calling, a crow overhead, a robin appearing out of nowhere, or an animal catching your attention right when your mind is looping over a decision.
These encounters can be gentle messages, guiding us back into feeling and clarity.
If you go outside in the coming days, try to slow down.
Feel the earth beneath your feet.
Notice the colors around you — deep greens, warm browns, the grey-blue of the sky.
These natural tones soothe the nervous system and help your energy field reorganize itself.
And if an animal appears, you can quietly ask:
“Do you have a message for me?”
Then listen — not with your mind, but with your whole being.
Nature supports you.
The animals support you.
Especially now, when so much energy is moving.
From heart to heart
