When it comes to our animals, we don’t hesitate for a second.
We give them the best food, offer high-quality supplements, physiotherapy, massages, energetic support…
We notice every little signal, observe mindfully, feel with them, get up when they’re restless –
and hold space when they need it.

Our families, too, receive the best of us.
We organise, care, anticipate – emotionally, mentally, and often physically.
And in the midst of all this doing, we sometimes forget someone truly essential: ourselves.

How often do we override the gentle signals of our own body?
That tension in the neck, the vague discomfort, the kind of tiredness no amount of sleep can fix?

How often do we ignore the quiet whisper of our soul:
“I need a break.”
“I want to breathe.”
“I long for stillness, for clarity, for myself.”

We push it aside. Another time.
When everything else is taken care of.
When there’s more space again.
When…

But what if that “another time” is now?

You are allowed to nourish yourself just as lovingly as you do your animals, your family, your responsibilities.
Not at the end of a long to-do list.
But right in the middle – as the center of your own life.
