Perhaps you have been wondering why it has been a little quiet in your inbox lately. I consciously allowed myself a pause, a time of retreat, fasting and inner clarification. After 21 days of fasting, including 14 days of full fasting, I needed this space for adjustment, integration and a new clarity, with which I am reaching back out to you today. I would like to share a topic with you that has touched me deeply and that can also open up a completely new pathway for you and your animal.
It often becomes so much easier when we meet our animal just like a good friend, completely without pressure, without rigid techniques and without the thought of right or wrong. What it takes is simply genuine interest and an open heart.
Perhaps you know this from your own daily life, that you wish to understand your animal even better and truly want to know how they are doing, what they need, what they feel or what they might want to show you. Yet, precisely then, the mind often steps in, daily life gets in the way and with it come doubts about whether you can even do this, whether what you perceive is real or if you are making a mistake. It was with these very questions that many participants joined my last animal communication challenge. What they experienced there was not only surprising, but above all incredibly liberating.
They realized that it does not require perfect preparation, special skills and certainly no spiritual state of exception. It merely takes an honest conversation, just like between close friends. One participant put it beautifully when she shared that her head was full as long as she tried to do everything right. It was only when she simply spoke to her animal the way she would with a friend that suddenly everything was there, the closeness, the clarity and the feeling.
That is exactly what I want to give you to take with you today, because you are allowed to make it easy for yourself and you do not need to be capable of anything special to be in this deep connection. Just imagine your animal is sitting very close to you. How would you speak to them if they were your best friend? What would you ask, completely without a grand goal and out of pure, honest interest, what would you tell them and what do you feel when you just listen quietly?
You will be amazed at what changes when you take the pressure completely away. Many women told me after the challenge that they not only made progress in conscious animal communication, but that their entire daily life with their animal shifted. More ease emerges in togetherness, less uncertainty regarding behaviors and a new, quiet trust that grows very gently between you. When you meet your animal with an open heart, they feel it instantly, because animals do not perceive us through words, but through our frequency and energy. That is precisely why it is so powerful when you are just completely yourself, open, loving and curious.
Perhaps you would like to simply try it out during your next walk, while feeding them or while sitting together cozily in the evening. Speak with your animal like with a trusted friend, not perfectly or thought-out, but simply real. I am absolutely certain that you will be surprised by what shows up in your shared field.
With love for you and your animal, Tanja
