Maybe you’ve been wondering why things have been a little quiet in your inbox lately.
I consciously gave myself a break – a time of retreat, fasting, and inner clarity.
After 21 days of fasting, including 14 days of full fasting, I needed space – to adjust, integrate, and allow a new sense of clarity to emerge.
And now, with this renewed clarity, I’m writing to you again.
With a theme that touched me deeply – and that may open a whole new doorway for you and your animal as well:
Things become easier when we meet our animal like we would a dear friend.
No pressure. No technique. No right or wrong.
Just true interest and an open heart.
Maybe this sounds familiar:
You want to understand your animal better.
To truly know how they are doing.
What they need. What they feel.
And maybe even what they’re here to show you.
But then life gets in the way, the mind takes over – or doubt creeps in:
“Can I even do this?”
“Is what I’m sensing real?”
“What if I get it wrong?”
These are the exact questions many of my participants brought to the last animal communication challenge.
And what they experienced there was not only surprising – but incredibly freeing.
Because they discovered:
You don’t need to be perfectly prepared.
You don’t need a special ability.
You don’t need to be in some spiritual high state.
What you do need is something beautifully simple:
An honest conversation. Just like with a friend.
One participant described it so perfectly:
“When I tried to do everything right, my head got in the way. But when I simply spoke to my animal like I would to a friend, suddenly everything was there: closeness, clarity, emotion.”
And that’s what I want to offer you today:
You’re allowed to make it easy.
You don’t need to “know how” in order to connect with your animal.
💛 Just imagine your animal sitting next to you.
How would you talk to them if they were a dear friend?
What would you ask – not to achieve something, but simply out of genuine interest?
What would you share?
What would you feel if you truly listened?
You’ll be surprised at how much shifts when you take the pressure off.
Many animal guardians told me after the challenge that they didn’t just grow in their communication –
but that their everyday connection with their animal had changed:
More lightness in daily life.
Less uncertainty when it comes to body language or behavior.
And a new, quiet sense of trust growing in between.
Because when you meet your animal with true heart, they feel it.
Animals don’t perceive us through words – they perceive our energy.
And that’s why it’s so powerful when you simply show up as you are: open, loving, curious.
Maybe you’d like to give it a try:
Next time you go for a walk, feed your animal, or just sit together.
Speak to your animal like you would to a trusted friend.
Not perfect. Not rehearsed. Just real.
And I’m sure – something beautiful will unfold.
Heart to heart. 🐾
With love for you and your animal,
Tanja
